A Fresh Look Is Coming to Cario FMS

As part of our ongoing effort to keep Cario fresh, modern and easy to use, we are making a small visual refresh to the Cario FMS interface.

This update is focused on improving the overall look and feel of the platform, while keeping the way you use Cario familiar.

The changes are cosmetic only, which means your existing workflows, processes, permissions and functionality will remain the same.

Think of it as a tidy coat of paint on a trusted machine. Same engine, cleaner dashboard. 🚚✨

What Is Changing?

The upcoming refresh includes several visual improvements across the Cario interface.

These changes are designed to make the platform feel cleaner, easier to read and more modern.

1. New Login Screen

Cario will introduce a refreshed login screen with updated styling, cleaner layout and modern visual presentation.

The new login experience has been designed to feel simpler and more polished while still supporting the same sign-in process customers use today.

2. Updated Navigation Menu Icons

The left-hand navigation menu is being visually updated with new icons.

These icons are designed to improve readability and make it easier for users to quickly recognise key areas of the platform, such as:

• Create Consignment
• Run Schedules
• Today’s Runs
• Warehouse Scanning
• Pickup Request
• Manifest
• Booking and Manifest History
• Consignment Status
• Return Consignment

The menu structure remains familiar, but the visual presentation has been refreshed to make navigation feel smoother and more intuitive.

3. Cleaner Collapsed Menu View

The refreshed interface also improves how the menu appears when collapsed.

The collapsed view uses the new icon design to give users more screen space while still allowing quick access to important areas of Cario.

This is especially useful for users who work across dashboards, reports, tracking screens or tables where every bit of screen space helps.

4. Relocated Logout Button

The logout option is being moved to the bottom of the menu area.

This change helps increase usable space at the top of the interface and keeps account-related actions grouped in a cleaner location.

Users will still be able to access profile and logout options from the lower menu area.

5. Rounded Corners and Minor Visual Refinements

Some screens will also include minor styling updates such as rounded corners, cleaner spacing and more modern interface elements.

These refinements are intended to improve the overall visual experience without changing how the screens function.

What Is Staying the Same?

This update does not change how users complete their work in Cario.

The refresh is visual only.

• There are no changes to functionality.
• There are no changes to business processes.
• There are no changes to user permissions.
• There are no changes to existing workflows.
• There are no changes to customer configuration.

Users can continue working in Cario the same way they do today.

Why We Are Making This Change

Cario is used every day by teams managing freight, transport, warehouse activity, customer service, tracking, reporting and operational workflows.

As the platform continues to evolve, small interface improvements help keep the experience clear, current and easier to work with.
